At the beach in March

There's something about a morning walk along the beach. Since it was an early Saturday morning in March, I had the beach to myself until a couple of surfers came out.

But I didn't spend the weekend alone. I was at a retreat where I got to talk with old friends who brought me bicycle magazines to read and made some new friends who encouraged me to take risks.

I learned how people are dealing with dementia, and  I learned about a non-profit called EduKenya.

Here's another view of the ocean. I think this is my first time doing anything with Affinity Photo. It's different than Photoshop, but I find that the differences make me better understand the workflow of each program.
