Montgomery County presented its bike plan today

I'm going to keep this short, but I want to let people know that the Montco PA Bike Plan is now online.  It's significant for a few reasons.

1. The Level of Traffic Stress Analysis is valuable.
2. It creates a model for individual municipalities to follow for doing their own plans.
3. It's got broad support and implementable.
4. I appreciate that it used WikiMapping to get 600 comments and got 2200 through a survey that captured the entire county.
