Beautiful morning walk yesterday... 5 miles. It was 19 degrees, sunny and no wind.  Nobody responded to text invitations to come, but I now know that this was not because of the cold. Later I walked to LA Fitness and swam a mile at an easy pace of 1:47/100 yards.  Average heart rate was 127, with a max of 130. It could have been a good day to bike. 

I saw a flock of maybe a dozen robins in a tree, something I don't remember seeing before.  This ice was at Alvethorpe pond.
